Holiday Closure
We are closed over the Christmas / New Year break from Saturday 23 December 2023 until Monday 8 January 2024. All orders placed on or after Friday 22 December 2023 will be processed in January after the holiday closure. During this break, we will continue to accept orders 24/7. Your orders will be queued into our production pipeline and processed upon our return in the sequence they are received.
Limited production will resume from Tuesday 3 January 2024 to ensure we expedite your post-Christmas orders, with full production and customer service returning on Monday 8 January 2024. We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries upon our return.
Christmas Cut-Off Dates
- To avoid disappointment due to unforeseen delays, we encourage placing your order as soon as possible before Monday 11 December 2023 for pre-Christmas delivery within Australia (except WA and NT). WA and NT by Wednesday 6 December 2023. Friday 1 December 2023 is our last cut-off for stretched canvases.
- This advice is based on the dates provided to us by carriers and are subject to variable scenarios and changes.
- This advice excludes remote and regional destinations in all states, especially WA and NT, which will naturally require more shipping time than the other states and capital cities.
- We also advise that our customers be prepared for extended order production times and extended delivery times for all shipping providers after this date.
